I need to identify this plant...Thanks to my sister-in-law...this plant has been identified. It is a Eupharbia Tirucalli~also known as a pencil plant...

While the plant was in the cart...the wind blew it over...so I grabbed the trunk to save the fall....only to find my hands smell like ~frankinscense... yet...need to search to know for sure...
The tag on this plant says...cactus...but does not say what kind...cost $59.99 on sale for $15.00
Anyone have a clue...or want to help me out...
